Realmark and A44 have partnered to showcase a few of Adam Ghizzo’s recent properties in Maylands. We created a range of short walk-through videos for each of these properties to increase foot traffic in home opens and to also grow Adam’s social media following. For the larger ticket properties, we created a short 20-second ‘teaser’ which was used to create buzz on social media.
When starting his real estate career, Adam understood that being different was going to be the key to his success. Wanting to shake things up in the industry, he searched for a creative and collaborative team to work with that could picture his vision. In our second meeting, we discussed strategy and scripted videos for 3 of Adam’s upcoming properties. Each of these projects was shot in true 4K with stabilised camera rigs and drones, had recorded voiceovers, and even motion-tracked scenes to composite 3D text! The final videos were delivered within only days of the shoot so that online marketing could begin as soon as possible.
The outcome
Social media marketing was a major player in the success of these campaigns, with one of the videos being seen over 30,000 times! This same property had been previously on the market for a combined total of 389 days with 2 different agencies.
This time around, with the help of Adam Ghizzo and fresh marketing material by Agent44, it sold in only 19 days for $1,925,000 with multiple offers. All of the houses that we produced videos for sold in record time.
