The greatest challenge for most people when building an online brand is making the content interesting. This is particularly difficult when all you have is some flooring and an iPhone! Before our initial meeting, Kal had a pre-existing website and a well-established Facebook following (which speaks volumes for his workmanship and customer service). We offered Kal some information and suggestions regarding his online presence, and how we would approach the task. Our proposal included a new website, a short promotional video for the website header, and professional on-site photography.
It was extremely important for Kal that his brand was eye-catching and visually engaging. We visited Kal at 3 different work-sites to capture him and his team on the tools, this content was used to populate the website and also provide more marketing material for Kal’s Facebook followers. Within a few weeks, the website was designed and ready for content. Over a coffee, we worked with Kal to write the content to ensure that his message was consistent, on-brand, and search engine optimised (SEO).
The outcome
