Most small businesses are great at what they do, but their visuals don’t reflect it. Inconsistent or messy branding is a missed opportunity to communicate quality and build trust. Most of the time, it’s something that could be sorted in a day.
Graphic design is the practice of solving communication problems visually. It’s about creating materials that are clear, functional and easy to engage with, whether that’s a flyer, a website or a business card. Good design helps people understand what they’re looking at, why it matters and what to do next.
The strongest designs often cleverly build on what people already know, making things easier to understand and subconsciously working to build trust. Good design can communicate a message without explicitly saying it.
We have a long history of design challenges, including billboards, bus signage, Christmas party invitations, flyers, booklets, book covers, menus, service agreements, branding, logos, email signatures, and much more. Each deliverable is packed with years of design experience backing its purpose and strategy.

And no, we don’t just mean your colours.
It’s how you sound, how you look, what you do, what people feel when they interact with you, and the impression you leave behind. It’s the quality of paper you print on. The tone of your emails. The language you use in a meeting. It’s everything, even the things you don’t think matter.
Every part of your brand speaks, even when you’re not there to explain it. Design is only part of that conversation.
The point is, graphic design has one of the highest payoffs and is one of the simplest ways to communicate your brand. Consistent, eye-catching visuals help tie everything together. From your socials to your Google Business listing, website, email signature and print materials, it all helps make sure that first impression sticks.
It’s the 1% details that build trust and turn a business into a brand people remember.
Getting a logo designed should come with more than just one or two JPGs. You should walk away with everything you’ll ever need. This includes transparent, stacked, inline, reverse (white), alternate colourways, plus all the fonts, colour codes and file formats. That’s what we include in a Brand Pack.
A Style Guide is a bit more involved. It outlines how to use all those elements properly across different platforms. Things like logo spacing, colour rules, tone of voice, visual references and how to keep things consistent across digital, print and social.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or already have a logo that needs cleaning up, we can pull together what’s missing and make sure it all works seamlessly.
Think of the Brand Pack as your toolbox, and the Style Guide as the instructions that make sure everything lines up.
Whether you’ve got a rough concept scribbled on a napkin or no clue where to start, we can help shape your idea into something that works.
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to logos. Wordmarks, letterforms, icons, emblems, mascots – the right style depends on where you want to be positioned in your industry. We’ll collaborate with you to design something that feels right for your business, not just a generic font from Word.
Every logo we create comes with a full Brand Pack as standard. That means you will get all formats, colours and variations you’ll ever need, ready to use across web, print and socials.
Print materials often get overlooked. Business cards, letterheads and document templates are usually treated as an afterthought, but well-designed and high-quality print material can make a massive difference.
We don’t just stick a logo in the corner and call it done. Our goal is that even without the logo, the design still feels recognisably yours. Not every use case needs to go that far, but you get the idea.
We’re not printers ourselves, but we’ve worked with enough to know what’s generally possible. Whether it’s rounded corners, raised gloss, or textured stock, we can help guide your choices and design for the result you want.
Wherever you’re printing, whether it be a commercial printer or a quick run at Officeworks, we’ll supply the right file formats and specs so you can hand them over with no problems.
Complexity with vehicle wraps varies. The biggest decision is whether you are looking for a full-wrap, half-wrap, or just lettering/stickers. The way we usually approach this is to work with you in creating a concept of what you are after, Photoshop the design onto your vehicle and then assist in the handover with the business doing the wrapping and printing.
Want to create a character or mascot logo? We actually have done quite a few of them! While we keep the heavy-lifting to our talented network of character designers, we’re happy to handle the direction and make it happen. Share your vision (visual references are super helpful), and we’ll get the ball rolling.

Could not recommend Jordan enough. Built a website for my business that looks absolutely amazing.
Jordan is honestly the best technical web guy I have come across in Perth. The pricing for everything that he has done for my website and emails is very fair and defiantly worth every cent. Within a week of having the website live it created four jobs for my electrical company already and they just keep coming, as the website is professional and so easy to use. Highly recommend!
